Dead to Rights: Retribution is an upcoming reimagining to the 2002 Third-person action game franchise Dead to Rights starring Grant City police officer Jack Slate and his K-9 companion Shadow.
Developed by Volatile Games and published by Namco Bandai Games America for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, the game is slated for a Winter 2009 release. After a near four year hiatus, this marks the series' first outing onto next gen consoles
