| If you have logged onto COD4 in the last 3 days you will have seen a LOT of hackers Noclipping from building to building and through walls, as well as some hacks that I uploaded to my youtube channel (HUD in hardcore, change teams in public games and some others).
Infinity Ward know about these (twitter.com/InfinityWard) and seem to be hinting at a patch.
And incase you were wondering, I felt so bad about being one of the first people to do these hacks and to adapt them to what they are now that I sent IW an email telling them all the programming that the hacks have used and what code has been changed where to make te hack-busting easyer.

| Theres always hope Gr8 lol.
I hope they patch it just because it would make me slightly more interested in MW2, as it would show that Iw actually give a flying f**k about their customers...

| just to confirm info copied and pasted below: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Patch to fix Call of Duty 4 multiplayer exploit 'in the works' There's good news and slightly-less-good news for the many fans of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare's multiplayer. The good news comes from Infinity Ward community manager Robert "fourzerotwo" Bowling via his twitter feed: the developer is onto the recently discovered multiplayer exploits that unscrupulous players are using to cheat their way to victory. The slightly-less-good news is that the fix is "in the works," meaning there's no definite ETA for it. Still, we'd have to imagine Infinity Ward has been hard at work on the patch -- we just hope it comes up with something very special for whoever discovered and used the exploit. We'll keep you updated as we hear more, but hey, Robert, you know how to reach us ... by Randy Nelson ------------------------------------------------------------------------ | |

| IW have fixed it now!
Well, there isn't an actual patch for it yet (Microsoft & Sony still need to verify it) but there is an in game fix, similar to the way they put in hardcore HQ and double exp. Thank god.
